Ask about your information
You can ask for a copy of your personal data and information about how it is used, correct inaccurate details, and ask for deletion or restricted processing where the legal conditions are met. Portability applies to data you gave us that is processed automatically on the basis of consent or contract.
Object or withdraw consent
You can object to processing based on legitimate interests for reasons related to your situation, and to direct marketing at any time. Where processing relies on your consent, you can withdraw it as easily as you gave it.
How we handle a request
We only ask for the information needed to confirm your identity and find the right account. We answer within one month; for complex or numerous requests this can be extended, in which case we tell you why. Your rights are subject to the conditions and exceptions in the GDPR.
Account deletion and complaints
You can delete your account yourself in the game under Settings → Delete account, or contact us through www.digital-marketing.hr. Shared sporting records stay in the world without your personal details. If you are not satisfied, you may complain to your local data protection authority, including AZOP in Croatia (azop.hr).
